The SSJ Studio/Dojo is a dedictated training facility for Martial Arts, Self Defence & Fitness.
It is based on the modern training facilities found in Japan.
A small and friendly enviroment with professional instructors and equipment to help guide you to achieve levels of fitness and self defence skills otherwise un-obtainable.
The SSJ Studio/Dojo is a special place for martials arts, culture and all-round life skills.
HOW DO I START?
1. Simply contact the SSJ Studio/Dojo to book your 1st FREE introduction session. You will be shown the basics and the SSJ Studio/Dojo training program will be explained clearly and any questions answered. If you enjoy it (we know you will) you can then go on to book your next session.
2. After that you will then be invited to join as a full member where you will receive all your training equipment (gloves, t-shirt, shorts/Gi and shinguards) and insurance/licence etc.
3. You can then go on enjoying the benefits of the SSJ Studio/Dojo Kickboxing, World Ju-Jitsu, MMA, Kudo and Fitness sessions as all fees are reasonable, allowing individuals from a variety of income brackets the opportunity to practice.
